8x8Set up and use your 8x8 business phone system.
Setup & Usage
| # | What to Do | How to Do It |

| 1 | Download 8x8 Work | Go to 8x8.com/downloads or your company's software portal and install the 8x8 Work app. |
| 2 | Sign in to 8x8 | Open 8x8 Work and sign in with your company credentials. |
| 3 | Make a call | Click the dialpad icon, enter the phone number, and click the green call button. |
| 4 | Transfer a call | During a call, click Transfer. Dial the number to transfer to, then click Complete Transfer. |
| 5 | Set up voicemail | Go to Settings > Voicemail. Follow the prompts to record your greeting. |
| 6 | Fix no dial tone | Check your internet connection. Close and reopen the app. If still no audio, check your microphone/speaker settings. |
| 7 | Forward calls | Go to Settings > Call Forwarding. Enter the number to forward to and toggle it on. |
