Install & Join a Meeting

#	What to Do	How to Do It
1	Install Zoom	Download from zoom.us/download. Run the installer and sign in with your work email.
2	Join a meeting	Click the meeting link or open Zoom, click Join, and enter the meeting ID and passcode.
3	Update Zoom	Click your profile picture in Zoom > Check for Updates.

Audio, Video & Screen Share

#	What to Do	How to Do It
1	Fix audio not working	Click the arrow next to the microphone icon and select the correct audio device. Test speaker and microphone.
2	Share your screen	Click Share Screen in the meeting controls. Choose the window or screen to share.
3	Fix camera not showing	Click the arrow next to the camera icon. Select the correct camera from the list.

Troubleshooting

#	Problem	Fix
1	Black screen when sharing	Try sharing a specific window instead of the whole screen. Disable GPU acceleration in Zoom Settings > Video > Advanced if it persists.
2	Zoom crashes or freezes	Kill Zoom via Task Manager, clear the cache (see Quick Reference), then restart Zoom.
3	Echo or feedback during call	Use headphones to prevent mic feedback, or mute other participants if you are the host.
